A little about me...
I graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2003 with a degree in Early Childhood Education, and earned my Masters in Reading and Literacy in the Early Grades from Walden University in 2006. I taught in the Paulding County school system for 9 years before we relocated for my husband's job 3 years ago. Teaching Kindergarten is dear to me, because I love how children's mind are so full of wonder and eagerness to learn at this age. The Kindergarten curriculum also correlates perfectly with my favorite Bible verse, Ecclesiastes 3:1. This year your child will learn the natural order and balance to the beautiful world God created for them. My husband, Josh, and I live on 24 acres with our 3 children, Labradoodle, Chihuahua, 3 ducks, and 2 goats. My daughter, Piper, is 10 and will be in 5th grade this year. Zoe, who is almost 7, will be entering First grade. My son, Max, is 4 and is so excited for his first year at JMA in Pre-K.

I feel very blessed to be teaching at JMA for my second year! I can't imagine a more welcoming and wholesome environment in which to teach and learn. I have watched my own children blossom in the care of John Milledge teachers, and I am very excited to do the same for your children! I believe that God had a hand in my teaching your child this year, and I do not take that task lightly. I am looking forward to helping them learn and grow!
